Robert Blanton Jr., a senior at Butler high school, has been awarded the AT&T Cadet Achievement Award medal for excellence in academics, leadership and citizenship. Next stop for Blanton, Notre Dame, where he will be locking down wide receivers, flashing his big smile, and having fun all the while.
