The Clausen Era starts....now

Word has officially come down from on high that freshman Jimmy Clausen will be the starter on Saturday against Penn State. Even though Jimmy showed a pretty good arm against the Tech backups, playing against a very talented Penn State defense in front of 100,000+ screaming fans is another case altogether. That's the first time I seen him play. I'll have to say, his fundamentals are that of a SR.
Now that I've actually seen him, I am very confident that ND will only get better this year. Jimmy's no chump and he hates losing, he should be an excellent QB @ Notre Dame.
Guarantee, he helps up upset somebody big this year.

I'm confident Clausen will show why he was the number one recruit coming out last year. He can make every throw, has good pocket awareness, knows how to run Weis' offense, and is a leader.
