I'd like to see a combination of Travis Thomas and James Aldridge on 1st and 2nd down and then either Munir Prince or Armando Allen on 3rd downs. The 2 power backs can stay fresh by alternating and wear down a defense. A speed back in 3rd down gives the offense more options and puts more pressure on the defense. I didn't mention Luke Schmidt, but I think he can be a factor as well.
