Some more bad news to add to a pretty bad weekend for Notre Dame. WSBT has reported that tight end Will Yeatman and offensive lineman Mike Golic, Jr were among 37 kids arrested for underage drinking Saturday night. More...

Hey, I have an idea. Why doesn't the University allow students to have alcohol at parties on campus?! This would prevent local citizens from having to tolerate loud parties in their neighborhoods, it would free up local law enforcement to fight real crime, it would reduce the incidence of students having to walk or drive drunk back to campus from off-campus parties late at night, and it would reduce the number of students arrested and publicly humiliated for drinking a Goddamn beer.
Win-win-win-win. I heard a legend told that way back in the old days students actually drank at huge parties ON CAMPUS IN THEIR DORMS! Obviously just an urban myth.

bye bye Will Yeatman. This sucks but we'll see what happens. I wonder how many D 1 teams could even field a team if they busted all the underage drinkers....
