ESPN has listed Shaquille Evans as a verbal commit to USC. Is this correct? I have not heard anything that confirms that. If so, why the visit. Can someone reply.

Evans is considered a silent verbal to USC. He told the SC staff that he's taking other visits to make sure.

From all the reports I've read Shaq Evans had nothing but great things to say about his official visit, and when asked what he didn't like about ND, he drew a blank.
