I LOVE this guy! I think he is going to help alot in making this the "nasty" team Charlie talked about. It's about time we have someone get after people and expect perfection. I can't wait for the spring game.

That's beautiful. If you focus on his language though, you miss the excellent instruction and attention to every detail that he's dishing out. He is demanding excellence from these guys on EVERY repetition.
