Concerned with lack of composure. Thought Jimmy had good zip. Last year our team came out like tin soldiers at times, so he's glad they are starting to "party" a little more before and during the game. When asked, "are you stressing to the team that they need to have more fun?" He replied, "no, we're always trying to be miserable out there." More...

It looks like these are the problem areas as we head into Summer.
DL, need a play maker and some more depth
OT, depth & getting burned on pass plays
WR, dropped passes, create separation?
*false starts, sacks, and dropped passes will be the difference between 6-6 and 9-3.
