ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The services that NDLNA provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use. NDLNA reserves the right to update the Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the Terms of Use can be reviewed below.
Please read NDLNA's Terms of Use before using our services. By using NDLNA's site you agree to become bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to NDLNA's Terms of Use, then you may not access the site or use any services in the site
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Through its site, NDLNA provides you with access to certain services and content, (collectively "Services"). Services shall include, but are not limited to, any service and content NDLNA performs for you, as well as the offering of any materials displayed or performed on the site. This includes, but is not limited to text, user comments, information, news articles, photographs, images, audio clips and video clips, also known as the "Content". NDLNA may change, suspend or discontinue the Services including any Content for any reason, at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. NDLNA may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.
YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
As a condition to using NDLNA's Services, you must register with NDLNA and select a username and password. You shall provide NDLNA with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your NDLNA account. You may not impersonate another person by using their name as your NDLNA username, use a NDLNA username subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization, or use a NDLNA username that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. NDLNA reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a NDLNA account in its discretion. Maintaining the confidentiality of your NDLNA password is your responsibility.
As stated on the registration form, Services are available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. If you are not 13 or older, do not attempt to register for or use the Services.

COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
NDLNA respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitues copyright infringement, please email admin@ndlna.com.
MEMBER CONDUCT
By using NDLNA's site you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by NDLNA.
You agree to not use the Service to:
- harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate or intimidate other NDLNA users;
- to perform any illegal or unauthorized act;
- contribute any Content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party;
- create or submit unwanted email to anyone;
- violate any laws in your jurisdiction;
- submit stories or comments linking to affiliate programs, multi-level marketing schemes, sites/blogs repurposing existing stories (source hops), or off-topic content;
- you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the site for any purpose without our express written permission;
- create separate user accounts with the intention to abuse to misuse and NDLNA service

CONTENT SUBMITTED OR MADE AVAILABLE FOR INCLUSION ON THE SERVICE
By uploading, submitting or otherwise disclosing or distributing Content of any kind at or on NDLNA, unless source quoted, you represent and warrant that you own all rights in the Content and you agree that the Content will be subject to the Creative Commons Public Domain License, available at http://creativecommons.org/licenses/publicdomain/.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold NDLNA and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT NDLNA AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF NDLNA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
TERMINATION
NDLNA may terminate or suspend any and all Services and your NDLNA account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the terms or conditions of the Terms of Use. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your NDLNA account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
TRADEMARKS
NDLNA, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress of NDLNA in the U.S. and/or other countries
